  • Personalised and enjoyable training plans with demonstration videos for each exercise to help guide you through your workouts.

    Your programme will be designed with you, your lifestyle and your goals in mind.

  • Your progress will be monitored as time goes on, and your plan will be adapted accordingly to make sure you’re hitting and exceeding all your goals.

  • Daily check ins via WhatsApp, text, email or whatever is more convenient for you, to make sure you’re staying on track and to give you all the support you need.

  • Once signed up, you’ll receive an exclusive login and profile on my online coaching system. Your session plans, measurements, past workouts and more will be all in one convenient place.

    You’ll also be able to download an app and track your workouts as you go.

  • Not everyone has access to a gym, and that’s completely fine!

    Your programme is personalised to you, whether you’re working out in a gym or your home, your workouts will cater to this.

  • I will be on call to support and help you whenever you need.

  • If requested, I can advise on your nutrition and food choices to better help you reach your goals, and to help you to feel happier and healthier.
